SHIPPING POLICY

Where do you ship to?
A: We offer free US shipping on orders over $350+ 

How long does shipping take?
A: Website orders are usually packaged within 3-5 business days. However, depending on the workload it can take up to 10 business days.
A: Live sale listings can take 1-2 days to be posted on our website. Please allow 3-7 business days to process and ship your order.
Note: Our primary carrier is USPS; shipping can take anywhere between 3-14 business days to be delivered.

Do you ship Internationally?
A: 
Yes we do! However, we do NOT offer free shipping for customers outside of the United States. We ship all international orders via USPS. 

International shipping starts at $16 and goes up to $100 depending on the total weight of your package and destination. International customers are responsible for all shipping and customs fees on the package.

Where can I find my tracking number?

A: Once your order has shipped, you will automatically receive an email (IF PROVIDED), with your tracking number. Please allow us up to 7-10 business days before contacting us for your tracking number. We are a two-person team, and we do our best to get your orders as fast and safely as possible. We truly appreciate you all for understanding.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

Do you offer returns or exchanges? 
A: No. We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please claim/purchase responsibly and read the item(s) descriptions fully. Along with taking a close look at all images/videos.

What if my package is delayed or lost?
A: Once your package is with USPS, we are no longer held responsible for delayed or lost mail. All mail will include a tracking number.
Note: We cannot offer refunds or store credit to any packages that have been marked as “DELIVERED.” Please reach out to USPS to file for lost mail.

What if my package arrived broken?
A: We will offer store credit for a broken item(s) if the buyer provides a photo proof within 24 hours of delivery date.
Note: We may offer store credit or replacement depending on situation and availability.

INSTAGRAM LIVE SALE

What is a live sale?
A: Live sales are when we fill our table with our healing crystals or handmade jewelry and showcase them for you to purchase via Instagram live sale. Live sales give us the opportunity to interact and get to know our customers and small businesses within the crystal community! Please refer to our Instagram @cosmicsoulcrystals to see when we will be hosting our next live sale!

How do I purchase on your live sale?
A: We will be showing you each item one by one. 

To claim an item during our live sale, you can comment any word or emoji(s), along with the item price + letter if applicable. 

Note: The number on the sticker is the price of the item. 

We will always go by the first person we see on our screen as to who gets to take the item home. Please keep in mind every screen is different. We want to keep it as fair as possible. 

If you think you are not being seen in the comments, type “Unblock,” with an emoji or sentence because Instagram will block customers from being able to type comments sometimes. 

PS: Please claim responsibly and only claim item(s) that you can afford and are 100% sure that you want. If you do violate this policy, we will block you from any future sales. 

How do I pay for my live sale claims?

After each live sale, we will be creating a listing and posting them to our website under “Live Sale Listings.” 

Please allow us 1-2 days to create listings to be posted. When your listing is ready for checkout, we will send you a link of your listing through Instagram DM. You will also be able to search your listing under “Live Sale Listings,” on our website. 

Each listing will be titled using your Instagram username (for ex. @cosmicsoulcrystals)

You would then add your listing to your cart and checkout. Please double check that you’ve only added your listing to your cart. PLEASE DO NOT pay for someone else’s listing. 

Note: All listings must be paid within 24 hours of posting. Failure to follow our policy without any communication will result in a block from our future sales.

Are payment plans available?
Yes, payment plans are available for purchases through Sezzle, Zip or Shop Pay in 4.
